Mustard Glazed Salmon
INGREDIENTS
4 (6-8 oz. salmon fillets)
1 stick of butter (8 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. light brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter.
Add the brown sugar and mustards to the softened butter and mix until it makes a paste.
Spread the butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake at 400 degrees until its done to your preference (approx. 15 minutes). May broil at the end if you want the glaze more charred. May also grill.
