Artichoke Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups of Italian breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups Pecorino Romano cheese
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 cup olive oil
3 cans artichokes, drained
DIRECTIONS
Mix all in a bowl.
Place in a 13 x 9 Pyrex dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
