Remoulade Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp. hot mustard

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar

S & P to taste

2 tsp. paprika

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup scallions with green parts

1 tbsp. horseradish

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 tbsp. capers

1 tbsp. anchovy paste

a pinch of cayenne

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix mustard, vinegar and S & P. Whisk in the olive oil.

  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.

    **I sometimes put it all in a food processor if Iā€™m in a rush.
