INGREDIENTS

1 well-beaten egg

17 oz. can creamed corn

17 oz. can kernel corn

1 cup sour cream

1 Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 tsp. dry onion

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients and bake in a casserole dish for 1 1/2 hours until toothpick comes out clean.
