Screamin' Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. sambal olek
1/2 tsp. chopped cilantro (I use about 2-3 tbsp.)
12 shrimp
3 oz. sake
1/2 tsp. oyster sauce (I use about 2-3 tbsp)
1/4 - 1/2 stick butter
DIRECTIONS
Sauté garlic in olive oil about 1 1/2 minutes.
Add sambal olek; cook 1 minute.
Add shrimp; cook 2 minutes.
Add cilantro, sake, and oyster sauce; cook down until bubbles form.
Add butter to thicken.
**I serve with Italian herb toast
